Retail IT architecture lived in disconnected .drawio files. Operators needed a shared editor next to Knowledge Central, and agents needed a guarded way to read and embed those diagrams instead of a separate diagramming SaaS.

Ship a self-hosted draw.io station on the KC platform with team sharing and an MCP sidecar that Open Terminal, Lux GPT / KCOS, and KC-Wiki can call.

→Containerized draw.io with a save API that scopes diagrams into a team library, personal Open Terminal homes, and a shared tree — path-guarded so one scope cannot traverse another
→Built a custom MCP sidecar and registered it in the LiteLLM Team Tools hub: read-first list, summary with redaction, graph, and wiki embed snippets; writes require explicit confirm
→Paired the station with KC-Wiki embed snippets and PNG export so architecture diagrams land in governed runbooks next to the source files
